Infotrieve Medline Service Provider
Medline access and text retrieval possible for a fee.
MD Answers at SilverPlatter
Access for a fee after subscription (19.95 USD per month), but free preview to Medline, AIDSline, and Cancerlit.
Medline Database at Community of Science - Johns Hopkins University.
Lets you search the entire Medline database, new entries, or abstracts in specific journals. Searchers use natural language, fuzzy logic and MeSH terms. Fee subscription.
Medscape Medline Search
Offers a Medline search coupled with a search of it's own full-text articles. You have to register with Medscape, but that's free.
NlightN Medline Search
Allows an index search in summaries of thousands of medical and scientific journals.
Paper Chase Medical Literature Searching
Searches Medline, Cancerlit, AIDSline, and other large medical archives. You have to pay a fee ( $19.95 for 30 days, $150 for a full year) .
UnCover Web UnCover is an online article delivery service, a table of contents database, and a keyword index to nearly 17,000 periodicals. (not free)

AltaVista Enormous search engine covering large proportion of pages on the web. Took 6 seconds to find 15000 pages starting with Wheeless' Textbook.
