Following the work started with our previous congresses in Paris and Munich, and due to
the great amount of answers and participation requests we are receiving daily, we trust that
both the scientific standard and the attendance and participation of our European colleagues.
together with the remarkable collaboration of the industry in this line, will turn this 3rd EFORT

Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology of Europe
Regarding the scientific programme, no end of interesting subjects are being distributed in
Round Tables, Postgraduate lectures, Guest Lectures, Free Communications, Symposiums,

opportunity of taring an active part in the Congress and listening to the participations of
different European colleagues. We wish to thank the collaboration of National Societies that,
from their various countries, make up the great variety of professional opinions and viewpoints
that will be expressed at the Congress.
The EORS Research Society Congress will be held on 22nd and 23rd and the EFORT will
inaugurate its 3rd Congress on 24th; 25th will be devoted to the Specialties Day and 26th and
